Gymnastics & Fitness w/ Mr. Dykas - Grades K
Kindergarten kids will participate in a variety of gymnastics and fitness stations. These stations will help students improve strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and flexibility. Students will be allowed to explore and practice using a variety of equipment and gymnastics apparatus.
Gymnastics & Fitness w/ Mr. Dykas - Grades 1-2
Osgood students in First and Second Grade will participate in a variety of gymnastics and fitness stations. These stations will help students to improve such things as strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and flexibility. This may include the following balance beams, swinging and climbing ropes, rock walls, etc.
