Rowing: Youth Indoor Training
Open to new and returning rowers in grades 7-12, we will build fitness and core strength while improving rowing technique. (This is also a good cross training workout for other sports!) The program has a Winter I and Winter II session that run between December 3rd through March 13th. Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:45-4:45 p.m. and 5:00-6:00 p.m. with the RowCMI Coaching Staff.
Rowing: Adult Indoor Training & Workouts
Discover the benefits of indoor rowing! These classes utilize interval training on indoor rowing machines where you will learn or improve your technique while building muscle and improving cardio (without the injuries from other high impact exercises). Stretching and exercises off the erg round out this workout. 5 week sessions with various weekly options or one-offs run now through Spring 2025. New Rowers welcome!
