Pre-Registration Procedure starting 1/21-3/21
Required documents include application, photo, and immunization records to register on the 23rd

Session 1
Monday, June 30 through Friday, July 18
No Program July 4th

Session 2
Monday, July 21 through Friday, August 8

Full-Day Programs - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
(Present Grades K-4)
Full Day Fee $540 per session

Half-Day High 5 Program
Half-Day 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
(Entering Kindergarten in Fall of 2025)
Half Day Fee $420 per session

Limited enrollment Cohasset Students and Residents Only

Refund Policy: $25 fee through 4/1, $50 fee through 5/1, $75 fee through 6/1. No Refunds after 6/1 

Registration Procedure
  • Part 1: Check your account.
  • Can you log into your account? Please do not start a new account.
  • If you need to update your password, do not use the option to reset it with the system; call us.
  • Are the ages and grades correct for each child?
  • If you register for High 5, your child must be listed at PK; grades may only be adjusted in the office.
  • If you have any questions – please call 781-383-4109 today.
  • Part 2: Beginning Tuesday, January 21, through March 22.
  • Log into your account; having a problem, see above and call us.
  • Pick the registrant's name under your member list:
  • Go to Custom Forms: add custom form and choose: 2025 Summer Playground Program Registration Form
  • Fill out the 2025 Summer Playground Registration with as much detail as possible
  • Go to Member Documents: add member documents and choose both:
  • Upload a most recent photo of your child (Pending is good) MUST BE A JPEG OR PNG File
  • Playground Program Photo - 2025
  • Upload your child's most current immunization record. (Pending is good)
  • Playground Program - Immunization Record - 2025
  • You must complete these three steps to be able to register on March 23.
  • Please note this process does not guarantee registration into the program; see part 3.
  • Part 3: Sunday, March 23 – 4:30 pm sharp!
  • Log into your account
  • Pick the registrant's name, click register for the activity, and choose Playground.
  • Based on the grade, your options will include Session 1 or Session 2 for High five going into Kindergarten, Blue Group, finishing Kindergarten, and Deer Hill finishing grades 1-4.
  • Flexibility is the best option; if you do not care what session, choose the open session
  • If the session you want is full, you can put yourself on the waitlist.
  • Please ensure at the payment screen, your credit card information matches the address assigned for that credit card; for example, the payment screen is typically your home address.
  • You are now registered. If you get on a waitlist, please be patient.
  • Please consider donating to the Jack Worley Scholarship account fund so we may award a staff scholarship at the end of this year's program.
