25/26 Xplosion Dance - 3rd-5th Tap/Jazz/Ballet-Emma M-Recital 3 Thursday
Please note: students who are newly registering will not be eligible to participate in this year’s May recital.Class Descriptions:Hip Hop Tots & Kinder Hip HopIn this class, dancers will learn the basics of Hip Hop while moving & grooving! This class will perform 1 dance in the end of the year recital. Street shoes or bare feet are acceptable for this class. End of the year recital is NOT mandatory. Preschool & Kinder Tap & Ballet In this class, dancers will learn basic Tap & Ballet skills. This class will perform 2 dances in the end of the year recital. Tap Shoes & Ballet slippers will be purchased through Xplosion Dance Center. End of the year recital is NOT mandatory. Tap/Jazz/BalletIn this class dancers will continue improving on their Tap, Jazz & Ballet skills! This class will perform 3 dances in the end of the year recital. ContemporaryContemporary Dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres, mostly including Modern, Jazz, Lyrical and Ballet. Contemporary dance allows dancers to explore their individual dance style outside of the structure of traditional Ballet and Jazz dance classes. Taking a Jazz or Ballet class is STONGLY Recommended in addition to taking this class. Dancers will perform 1 routine in the end of the year recital. End of the year recital is NOT mandatoryPom DanceIn this class dancers will use Pom Poms while working on their dance technique. Cheerleading is not a requirement for this class.
