Elizabeth was introduced to yoga following her recovery from breast cancer and found that her practice was enormously helpful in regaining a sense of balance in her life.  She retired from a career in banking and systems analysis to pursue a more holistic path.  One of her greatest joys is to help people find and restore their center of calm, peace and well being using a gentle, spiritual, and nurturing approach through her teachings of yoga.

Elizabeth was introduced to yoga following her recovery from breast cancer and found that her practice was enormously helpful in regaining a sense of balance in her life.  She retired from a career in banking and systems analysis to pursue a more holistic path.  One of her greatest joys is to help people find and restore their center of calm, peace and well being using a gentle, spiritual, and nurturing approach through her teachings of yoga.

Elizabeth was introduced to yoga following her recovery from breast cancer and found that her practice was enormously helpful in regaining a sense of balance in her life.  She retired from a career in banking and systems analysis to pursue a more holistic path.  One of her greatest joys is to help people find and restore their center of calm, peace and well being using a gentle, spiritual, and nurturing approach through her teachings of yoga.
